Tiger Magic by Jennifer Ashley

LOOOOOOOVVVVEEEEEE TIGER!!! And I absolutely love how Jennifer Ashley wrote this book.  I was a little worried about how this book was going to be with Tiger being kind of a lab experiment.  I was worried about how our heroine Carly was going to react to him once she found out.  And Jennifer Ashley made it so Carly was totally amazing through out the whole damn book.  Did Carly have doubts about Tiger? Sure but not because he was a lab experiment.  I just have issues with that.  I am so glad that the two characters seemed to connect right from the start.

There are not many books out there that where I didn't hate something about either of the characters and this is one of them.  Tiger was protective and dominate and adorably naive about certain things (like kissing)  I loved it! He was perfection wrapped up a delicious male body.  I knew I was going to love him from the moment he was introduced in the last book.  And his mate Carly is perfect for him.  She is one of my favorite females from this series... actually right now I can't think of one I like more.  She stood up for him when anyone talk badly about him.  She was going to leave her whole life behind in order to run away with him.  Honestly I could go on because she was a woman of worth.  I think that term is from a different shifter series Im reading but it applies.

I feel like I was waiting the whole book for Carly to piss me off and hurt Tiger and she didn't.  Not once did she hurt him.  and for that I love her and I LOVE Jennifer Ashley for that.  Because I don't think I could have gotten over it because of Tiger's past.  That shifter deserves the end that he got! I loved this book.  Seriously, loved it.

Mate Claimed by Jennifer Ashley

I was a little worried about this one.  I have been putting it off for awhile because Eric has already had a mate that died.. And that usually bothers me a whole hell of a lot when the hero then gets a new mate.  And especially with this book because Eric did love his mate and he was still missing and he was still grieving her.  And not that, that isn't a bad thing.. it just doesn't do it for me in a romance book.  Because if I were Iona I would always have that little voice in my head telling me I was a second choice mate.  I dunno.  I also don't understand how Eric got so lucky where get got 2 mate bonds. Those are supposedly super rare yet he had it twice and only 30 years apart..  Or was he not actually bonded with his first mate? I don't know.  I was trying not to pay too much attention to her.

Besides that whole thing the actual story was good.  There is a lot of things happening andI like the new characters and I am especially excited for the next book!  23/tigerman and going back to the Austin Clan.  :)  Though I will say that I am not a huge fan of going back and forth between the clans. I have looked ahead because I want to know about Graham and his book is the 6th... I don't read this series back to back so I get the characters mixed up and I forget who people are.

But thats on a totally different note.  The book is good!  Defiantly glad I read it.. But really just because I want to read the next one.

Wild Cat by Jennifer Ashley

Loved this book! Cassidy and Diego were perfect together.  I loved the dynamic with this relationship. With Cassidy being the shifter and Diego the human.. it made it a little different than the last couple boos from the series and I liked it.

Cassidy is an alpha shifter and Diego is an "alpha human".  I like seeing the together.  And good lord when Diego speak Spanish to her.. I wan to die.  He was soo sexy.  I fuckin loved his character.

The story was good too.. Honestly I was caught up in the romance to pay too much attention to the story. There was a fae hunting Cassidy because he need her blood to try to get back to his home and Diego finally go the guys that killed his partner and thats where they found that ruined city with all those poor shifters.  Yeah... and a bunch of other things I'm sure but really I just want to ramble on about how in love I am with Diego.. Because I am. He owns my heart now.

So ladies if nothing else read  this book for him alone!
