Lethal Rider by Larissa Ione

This is by far the greatest book I have read by Larissa Ione.  And I am not just saying that because I am 100% in love with Thanatos.. Even though that is a large part of it.  He is just straight up awesome.  Im not going to lie and say that I loved Regan because well I kind of hated her because of what she did to my lovely Thanatos in the last book... and maybe because I was a tad bit jealous okay... But she actually grew on me.  She stood up for herself and I liked that.  Thanatos is freaking death and while I find that hot as hell, I think most women might find that a little scary.  Oh and you know the fact that armor is actual souls. But Regan gets right up in his face.  I like that.  And yeah so she eventually grows on me

And then there is the whole baby thing.  Thanatos is adorable! He makes a crib! gahh. And then I guess you know the whole Pestilence stuff.  That was cool.

Obviously my take on the book was Thanatos was amazing and I love him and want to make a whole baseball field of post apocalyptic babies with him.  And the story was fantastical too.

Immortal Rider by Larissa Ione

I HATE Limos.  I thought Sin from the Demonica series was bad but Limos was way worse in my opinion.  And the Arik.. Well honestly I don't have an opinion about him he was just ehhh.  He was just there.  I think he was absolutely 100% insane for getting over the fact that he spent a month being tortured for kissing a chick. I probably would have hit her a few times at least. But thats just me.

The story was ok.. I hate it when there a bunch a lies and all the characters are dancing around them.  It gives me anxiety attacks. I swear.  And Limos lied so freaking much.  And helloooo she was responsible for killing her brothers family! and he just forgave her? uh nuh uh.  Id have been a tad more upset.

And lets just take a second to talk about my Thanatos.. He got screwed.. And I don't mean literally.  Well I do mean literally but y'all know what I mean.  That bitch Regan.  I mean she kinda was set up with the wine and was drugged as well but I don't care..she still went to your house to seduce him! who the hell does that!  my poor little Thanatos.  My lovely Death.  I will find her and kill her for you... except I guess since the next book focuses on you 2 that means you fall in love with her or whatever so I will let it go.. but she is on my shit list. And also I hate her for taking you the way that she did and then just leaving.

Yeah I just wasn't feeling this book.  Mainly because I hated Limos and I had no strong feelings for Arik. Other than the fact that I thought he was kind of dumb for choosing to stick with Limos but what do I  know.  Obviously if you are going to read the series you have to read the books in order because Larissa Ione does a really fantastic job of building the plot in each book.  So if you would skip one book you would de a little lost as to what the hell is going on. So read it.  Just keep in mind that Limos is kind of a brat.

Sin Undone by Larissa Ione

I honestly wasn't a huge fan of this book.  Mainly because I wasn't a huge fan of Sin. She had that whole "tough girl" thing that I like most of the time but the way Sin acted towards others was just obnoxious.  She doesn't need anyone because she's tough. Bull shit chica.  Shut up and accept help from your family.

I liked Con.. kinda.  I liked him a lot more than I liked Sin and I defiantly liked him at the end of the book but he was an acquired taste.  He was kind of a dick at first but so was Sin so really what did she expect?

I was sad for the Demonica series to end.  It is not secret that I haven't LOVED the series as much as some other but it has been entertaining and I have enjoyed seeing the boys (and I guess Sin) grow up and find their mates and be happy :)

Passion Unleashed by Larissa Ione

I have mixed feelings about this book.  Kinda the same as the first couple.  I liked it, just didn't love it.  It is not one I would go back and re read.  But I did love Wraith and Selena.  I love that Wraith gave himself up fully to Selena.  I liked that he didn't try to make her believe he hated her.  I always feel like that diminishes the feelings.  Why not just be honest about everything.  I mean I understand that he was going to kill her.. even though it was obvious he never was going to do that.  I think it will be interesting to see how he does with what happens at the end.  I think he will be good for the family and I love that Selena just accepted it.  Whereas I would be hesitant at first, no she went right into it.  I love that! defiantly a good match..

Anyways the book was good.  A bit long.  I felt like it was kind of dragged out and I had to fight the urge to skim certain parts but it was defiantly a good read.  You find out a ridiculous amount of information in this book.  Um especially all the stuff with Kynan!! and yay for Gem :) I love them.

Desire Unchained by Larissa Ione

I wasn't going to write a review for this book book but I changed my mind. I liked this book because you learn a lot of important information about all the characters and about their world.  I did not like Shade and Runa though.  Okay I know Shade had his issues.  He couldn't love anyone yada yada whatevers. But the way he treated Runa and then ohhhh now that she's this badass warg she's alight. I know the circumstances were jacked up and everything worked out in the end but still.  Shade is defiantly not my favorite. And I guess I had no real big issues with Runa

The bad guy.. which I will not say who it is but very good bad guy! totally did not see it coming.  and he was a devious little man.

I also love Kynan and Gem.  Well let me clarify. I hate the way Kynan treats Gem.  Clearly he is a dick.   But I think they are fantastic side characters.  I kinda want to kill Kynan for how Gem looses her v-card though.. Because damn she has to live with that forever. What a shitty story.  But I really want to know whats going on with Kynan! I think once they get together (if they get together hopefully) it will be amazing.
